Online Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns of unworn/unsoiled shapewear within 10 days of receiving your purchase (including delivery day).
To return your product please email customersupport@tobesnatched.com, you must receive a return confirmation number prior to sending back your product.
We will contact you by email within 24 hours with your return confirmation number.
This number shall be placed on your return slip and placed inside of your packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges and will not be reimbursed.
Item Condition:
- Items must be unused/unworn in original packing with all tags attached (including security label).
- Free of odors, stains, blood or any fluid (unsoiled)
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles.
- Any vitamins or supplement cannot be returned.
- Surgery accessories including lipo foams, ab board, back lumbar board, BBL Pillow cannot be returned.
The return merchandise must be received within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation number. Return received after 14 days will not credited.
If the package is delayed by the carrier, it is your responsibility to contact us.
To Be Snatched will provide a refund in the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the merchandise has been accepted and approved by our returns department.
